Thomas Joseph Raymond Berrow [also known as and as Raymond Berrow and as T. Raymond-Berrow] was born in Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales on 17 September 1884 and was active as an architect and garden designer. He designed the Japanese garden at Bitchet Wood, Sevenoaks, Kent that was laid out between 1919-21. He died at Robins Wood in Wadhurst, Sussex on 23 May 1975.
