Thomas Morgan Bevan was born in East Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, England in 1878. In the 1901 England and Wales Census he give his occupation as Civil Engineer, and living in Disley, Cheshire. By the 1900s he had moved to Marple in Cheshire. In the 1911 England and Wales Census he gave his occupation and Architect and Surveyor, and the previous year he was elected a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA), however, it is not known where or with whom he received his training.
His address was given as The Manor House, Station Road, Marple, Cheshire in 1910 and 1925. He died on 5 January 1925.
