Bertram de Helsby [commonly known as B. de Helsby] was born in Prestwich, Lancashire, England on 30 March 1893 and studied at the University of Manchester in Manchester, England. He subsequently worked as an architect.
His address was given as 62 Marl Crescent Conway, Wales in 1939; and 2a High Park Road, Kew Gardens, Surrey in 1951. He died in Surrey, England on 27 July 1951
