Fraser, Percival Maurice c. 1882 - 1969

Percival Maurice Fraser was born in Woolwich, London, England in c.1882.  He was articled to Thomas Arnold  from 1898 to 1901. He then worked as an assistant to Edmund Walter Evans; to Messrs. Scott & Hanson; in Woolwich Borough Council’s Architectural Department; and in the London County Council Architects’ Department Building Act Section.  

He qualified as an architect in 1904 and was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA) in 1907, and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (FRIBA) in 1917.  Between 1908 and 1913 he was in partnership with Augustine Alban Hamilton Scott  (1878-1944).  Fraser designed a factory at Cricklewood in North London in the mid-1920s. He died in Torbay, Devon in on 8 November 1969
