Hall, John Percy 1876 - 1939

John Percy Hall was born in Barrow in Furness, Lancashire, England on 21 October 1876 and was articled to his father, John Hall, in Scarborough, Lancashire. He also studied at Scarborough School of Art.  From 1897 he worked as an assistant to Edward Goldie (1856-1921) in London.  Hall qualified as an architect in 1901 and later that year was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA). He  commenced practice as an architect in Scarborough and London.  

Hall's address was given as 6 Victoria Grove, Kensington, London in 1911; 6, Victoria Grove, Kensington, W.; and 24, Westborough, Scarborough and 28, Westbourne Park, Scarborough in 1914; 6, Victoria Grove, Kensington  in 1914 and 1926; 9 GroveMansions, Clapham Common, London in 1930; and 215 Elgin Avenue, London in 1935 and 1939.  He died in London on 28 October 1939.
