Hill, Dennis c. 1878 - 1946

Dennis Hill was born in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, England in c.1878 and was articled to Richard John Leeson (1850-1914) and attended classes at the Architectural Association in London. He subsequently practised as an architect in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England and was in partnership with Matthew Horner Graham (1861-?) as Graham & Hill. The partnership was dissolved in 1914.

Hill evidently served with distinction in World War One as he was awarded the Military Cross and the Croix de Guerre. He died in Highgate, Middlesex on 10 April 1946
