Hodgkiss, Frank

Frank Hodgkiss practised as an architect in London, England in the 1930s.  He was in partnership with the New Zealand-born architect William Ralph Blenham Bull (1907-1962).  A photograph of the entrance lobby to an apartment in Mayfair, London, designed by Bull and Hodgkiss, featuring 'Insulight' glass bricks by Pilkington Bros., St. Helens, is illustrated in 'Decorative Art' 1938 (p.43).
