Jones, David John 1883 - ?

David John Jones [also known as D. J. Jones, and as David J. Jones] was born in Tredegar, Monmouthshire, Wales on 6 February 1883 and was articled to Thomas Arnold in Llanelly, Wales. He also attended Wolverhampton School of Art and Birmingham Technical Institute.  In 1905 he set up his own architectural practice in Swansea, Wales. He was a Member of the Society of Architects (MSA) and in 1925 was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA)

Jones's address was given as 19 Greenfield Villas Llanelly, Wales in 1911; Commercial Chambers, Port Talbot., Wales and Talcennau House, Port Talbot, Wales in 1914; Hill Crest, Amersham Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire in 1923 and 1926; and "Cregneish", Moor Park, Thornhill Road, Northwood, Middlesex and 153 Westbourne Terrace, London in 1939
