Arthur Percy Killik was born in Chiswick, Middlesex, England in 1863. By the early 1890s he was practising as an architect in Ealing, Middlesex [now London], however, it is not known where or with whom he trained. A design for a bungalow by him was submitted in the Daily Mail Architects Competition for Labour-Saving Bungalows in 1922.
Killik was a Member of the Society of Architects (MSA) and in 1925 was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA). His address was given as 50 Mount Park Road, Ealing, Middlesex in 1891; 31 Roehampton Lane, Putney, London in 1911; 72, King Street, Hammersmith, London 1914; 25, Ludgate Hill, E.C.4. 1922 and 1932. He died in Surrey in 1946
