Lello, Thomas Stanley 1881 - 1947

Thamas Stanley Lello was born in Ludlow, Shropshire, England in 1881 and was articled to Joseph Smith (1850-1920). He worked as an assistant to Henry Thomas Gordon (1845?-1922) and Josiah Gunton (1861-1930) of Gordon & Gunton in London; and to Frank Thomas Verity (1864-1937) in London.  He commenced independent practice as an architect in Chadwell Heath, Essex in 1907. He was a Member of the Society of Architects (MSA) and was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA) in 1925.

Lello's address was given as  High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, 100, Bellsize Road, South Hempstead, London in 1914;  Stanetta, Chadwell Avenue, Chadwell, Essex in 1914 and 1923; and St. Margarets", Hornchurch Road, Romford, Essex in 1926 and 1934. He died in 1947 and was buried in Havering, London.
