Kenneth J. J. Marsh [also known as Kenneth James Jackman-Marsh; and as Kenneth J. J. Jackman-Marsh] was born on 1 November 1907. He is listed in the 1939 National Register as an Architect and Surveyor, however, it is not known where or with whom he received his training. He was a Member of the Institute of Registered Architects Architects (MIRA) and was active as an architect in Bournemouth, Hampshire [now Dorset] in the 1930s. "Pendennis", a residential block in Bournemouth designed by Marsh in 1936 is described in Flats: Municipal and Private Enterprise. London: Ascot Gas Water Heaters Ltd., 1938 pp. 226-229. His address was given as Ship Hotel, Alverston Bristol, Alveston, Thornbury, Gloucestershire in 1939.
