Werner Morley-Park [also known as Werner Park] was born in Barton Regis, Gloucestershire, England on 6 June 1894 [or 1895 - sources differ] and trained as a structural engineer. By the early 1920s he had moved to Eastbourne, Sussex and was an Associate member of the Institution of Structural Engineers (A.M.I.Struct.E.). A design for a house by him was submitted in The "Daily Mail" Ideal Houses Competition for Architects in 1927.
His address was given as 46, Langney Road, Eastbourne, Sussex in 1922; and 102 Brodrick Road, Eastbourne, Sussex in 1939. He died in Eastbourne, Sussex in 1981
