Moss, Harold Edward 1883 - 1957

Harold Edward Moss was born in London, England in 1888. He was articled to Gerald Callcott Horsley (1862-1917) in London from 1908 to 1910 and remained with him for a period as his assistant. He also attended the Architectural Association Schools in London from 1906 to 1911. He qualified as an architect in 1911 and began practising as an architect in London c.1912.  By 1930 he was a partner, or in some way associated with the architectural practice Lander, Bedells  & Crompton in London.

Moss was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA) in 1912 and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (FRIBA) in 1930.

His address was given as 2 Gray's Inn Square, London in 1912; Rutland House, Kingston-on-Thames, Surrey in 1914; 5 Verulum Buildings, Gray's Inn, London in 1923 and 1926;  and 6 John Street, Bedford Row, London in 1930 and 1939. He died in Surrey in July 1957
