William Herbert Pearson was born in Luton, Bedfordshire, England on 3 November 1882 and practised as an architect from the 1900s. He was a Member of the Society of Architects (MSA) and was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA) in 1925.
His address was given as 179 Castle Street, Luton, Bedfordshire in 1911 and 1914; 44, Vectis Road, Mitcham Lane, London in 1923 and 1926; and 10 Purley Hill, Purley, Surrey in 1930 and 1949. He died on 9 March 1949
