Peters, Richard Arthur 1897 - 1982

Richard Arthur Peters was born in Kennington, Kent [now London] London, England on 15 April 1897. It is not known where he trained as an architect. In the 1920s he was in partnership with or collaborated with George Albert Bryan (1883-1961).  Peters was elected a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA) in 1929. His address was given as 14 Windermere Road, Coulsdon, Surrey in 1929 and 1939.  He died in Surrey in 1982
