Reginald Price was born on 27 October 1889. He was active an architect in England in the early years of the twentieth century. A house designed by him is illustrated in Three Bedroomed Cottages. 60 designs submitted in the Building Centre Cottage Competition (1933 p. 21). In 1935 he submitted an entry in a competition to design five-storey flats in reinforced concrete sponsored by the Cement Marketing Company Ltd.
In 1930 he was elected a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA).
His address was given as 62 Cavan Road, Clubmoor, Liverpool in 1928 and 1929; 63 Mill Bank, West Derby, Liverpool in 1930; "Yelverton", Thornton Road, Higher Bebington, Cheshire in 1934 and 1939; and Brackenwood, Wood Lane, Burton-on-Wirral, Cheshire in 1950
