Robinson, Alfred Douglas 1888 - 1963

Alfred Douglas Robinson was born in London, England on 8 March 1888 and was articled to E. Guy Dawber and and Arthur H. Ryan Tenison. He also attended classes at the Architectural Association in London for four years.  He was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA) in 1915 and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (FRIBA) in 1931.

He worked as an architect in London and Frinton-on-Sea, Essex and in the 1920s was associated with the architectural practice Collcutt & Hamp

His address was given as Frinton-on-Sea, Essex and 214, Bishopsgate Street, London in 1926; 104 Queen Victoria Street, London in 1931; 15 East Hill, Colchester, Essex in 1931 and 1939; and 220 Wilson Avenue, West Rochester, Kent in 1963.  He died in Kent on 31 March 1963
