Percival John Trinick [also known as Percy Trinick] was born in Stamford Baron, Northamptonshire, England on 27 August 1885. By 1901 he had moved to London where he was working as an architect's clerk. In the 1911 England census he occupation was given as architect's assistant. In 1925 he was elected a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA). In the late 1920s he assisted the architect Oswald Archer (1871-?) in the design of the Queen Mary Hostel in Hoxton, London, completed in 1929.
Trinick's address was given as 46 Ashmore Road, Paddington, London in 1901; 249 Ladbroke Grove, South Kensington, London in 1911; 20 Winchester Avenue, London in 1926 and 1939; and 10 Faber Gardens, Hendon, London in 1950. He died on 29 August 1973. His address at the time of his death was Glebe Court, Parson Street, Hendon, London
