Turner, Percy 1879 - ?

Percy Turner was born on 4 August 1879 and was articled to James Young & Co. in Bradford, Yorkshire from 1893 to 1900. He then worked as an assistant in the Architects' Department of London County Council in 1900-01, and to Government departments at Devenport Docks and in Pembroke from 1901 to 1904.

Turner qualified as an architect in 1905 having commenced practice as an architect in Bradford the year before. In 1906 he was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA). He was active as an architect in Bradford until at least the late 1930s. His address was given as Garnecombe, Broadway, Evesham, Worcestershire in 1939, and his occupation was given as 'retired architect'.
