Watson, William Poskitt 1896 - 1971

William Poskitt Watson was born in Beverley, Yorkshire, England on 30 October 1896.  He was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA) in 1926, however it is not known where or with whom he trained as an architect.  By 1927 he was in partnership with John Huntriss Ritson (c.1896-1967) in Hull, Yorkshire as Watson & Ritson.  They remained in partnership until at least 1939.

Watson was elected a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA) in 1926.  He died in Holderness, Yorkshire, England in 1971
