Webster, William Edmund Norman 1885 - 1962

William Edmund Norman Webster was born in Norwich, Norfolk, England on 10 May 1885. He was articled in Norwich and worked as an assistant to J. Burdett Ward.  He commenced practice as an architect in Spalding, Lincolnshire in 1913 and was in partnership with T.F. Thrower from 1939, and with Norman Webster from 1945.  In 1925 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (FRIBA).

His address was given as 1A New Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire in 1926 and 1930; 1A and 2A Station Street, Spalding, Lincolnshire in 1936 and 1939; and74 Pennygate, Spalding, Lincolnshire in 1962.  He died Spalding on 29 June 1962
