Westendarp, Rudolf Theodore 1903 - 1972

Rudolf Theodore Westendarp was born in Camberwell, Surrey [now London], England on 8 June 1903. It is not known where and with whom he trained as an architect.  In 1929 he was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA). By 1929 he was a partner in the London architectural practice Walker & Westendarp. It is unclear who the other partner was.   A house in Kenton, Middlesex designed by Walker & Westndarp is discussed in Small Houses £500-£2500, edited by H. Myles Wright (1937 p.84).

Westendarp's address was given as New Oxford House, Hart Street, London in 1929; 13 Gray's Inn Square in 1939; and Branksome, Ashcombe Road, Dorking, Surrey in 1952. He died in Surrey in 1972
