Percival John Wetton was born in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, England in 1877. In the 1901 and 1911 England and Wales Census his occupation was given as land agent and architect. He practised in Woking, Surrey. Drawings and plans of a house designed by him are illustrated in Designs for One Hundred Ideal £1,000 Houses. Being copies of the hundred best designs entered in the 1912 Daily Mail Architects' Competition (1912 p.122).
His address was given as Norfolk Villas, Maybury Road, Woking, Surrey in 1901, 1911; Shaftesbury Road, Woking. Surrey in 1912. He died in Surrey in 1964
