White, Oswald 1883 - 1960

Oswald White was born in Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire, England on 12 March 1883.  By 1911 he was practising as an architect and surveyor in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, however, it is not known where or with whom he trained in the profession. He was a Member of the Society of Architects (MSA) and was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (LRIBA) in 1925

His address was given as Station Road, Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire in 1901; 1 Mitre Road, Huddersfield in 1911; 19 John William Street, Huddersfield in 1914 and 1935; and Pump Cottage Chyngton Road, Seaford, Sussex in 1939. By this time he had retired as an architect .  He died in Hove, Sussex on 17 November 1960
