William Norman Worrall was born in Oswestry, Shropshire, England on 30 June 1899 and trained as an architect at Regent Street Polytechnic in London. After qualifying he was employed as chief assistant to Ernest Brander Musman (1888-1972) in London in 1929. He was taken into partnership by Musman in 1936 as Musman & Worrall. Worrall was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA) in 1936. He died in Barnet, Hertfordshire on 25 June 1950
