Anderson, Kininmonth & Paul 1946 - 1976

Rowand Anderson Kininmonth & Paul had its origins in Rowand Anderson & Paul, an architectural partnership formed in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1903 by Robert Rowand Anderson (1834-1921) and Arthur Forman Balfour Paul (1875-1938).  The firm became Rowand Anderson, Paul & Partners when William Kininmonth (1904-1988) and Basil Spence (1907-1976) where made partners in the practice. Following the death of Paul in 1938, Kininmonth and Spence were sole partners in the practice.  In 1946  Spence withdrew from the practice to set up his own architecture and design office, Basil Spence & Partners.  The firm then became Rowand Anderson Kininmonth & Paul.

Rowand Anderson Kininmonth & Paul closed in 1976.
