Babtie, Shaw & Morton [also known as the Babtie Group] was an architectural and civil engineering firm. It was established in Glasgow, Scotland in 1906 following a merger between Babtie & Bonn, founded by John Taylor Babtie (1867-1940) and Carl Bonn (1858-1906) in 1897, and Morton & Shaw, founded by William Barbour Shaw (1868-?) and Hugh James Morton (1868-?). The firm was acquired by the Jacobs Engineering Group in 2004.
