J. Stanley & Clare was an architectural partnership formed in London, England in c.1913 by John Stanley Coombe Beard (1890-1970) and Alfred Douglas Clare (1889-1936). The firm specialised in cinema architecture. . The practice also designed private residences, offices, factories, hotels and other buildings. The partnership was dissolved in 1936 following the death of Clare.
