Garratt, Simister & Moore submitted an entry for a competition to design municipal buildings in Bethnal Green London in 1908. Their entry is illustrated in British Competitions in Architecture vol. 2, no. 15, February 1908 (pp. 108-109). The partners were Henry Walter Simister (1881-1958), Edward Garratt (1880-1917) and (?) Moore. The address of the practice was given as Norwich Union Chambers, Congreve Street, Birmingham. Moore seems to have withdrawn from the partnership not long after.
