Garratt, Simister & Moore

Garratt, Simister & Moore submitted an entry for a competition to design municipal buildings in Bethnal Green London in 1908.  Their entry is illustrated in British Competitions in Architecture vol. 2, no. 15, February 1908 (pp. 108-109). The partners were Henry Walter Simister (1881-1958), Edward Garratt (1880-1917) and (?) Moore. The address of the practice was given as Norwich Union Chambers, Congreve Street, Birmingham. Moore seems to have withdrawn from the partnership not long after. By 1910 the name of the practice was Garratt & Simister
