Lanchester & Lodge 1930 - ?

Lanchester & Lodge originated as Lanchester, Lucas & Lodge, an architectural partnership formed in London, England in 1923 [or 1920 - sources differ] by Henry Vaughan Lanchester (1863-1953),Thomas Geoffry Lucas (1872-1947) and Thomas Arthur Lodge (1888-1967) in c.1913. The title of the firm changed in Lanchester & Lodge in 1930 when Lucas withdrew from the partnership in order to practice independently. Lanchester died in 1953, however, Lodge continued to run he practice alone with the name unchanged for some years after that.
