Mollo & Egan Ltd. was a firm of architectural decorators active in London, England in the 1930s The firm which was founded by the artist Eugene Mollo (1904-1985) and Architectural Association graduate Michael Henry Egan (1907-2003) in c.1930, specialised in the design and fabrication of decorative features for cinemas. Among cinemas they decorated was the Regal cinema in Cranleigh, Surrey, the Majestic in Bridgnorth, the Embassy in Waltham Cross, and the Apollo in Manchester. The firm developed a new photographic technique whereby pictures or designs could be reproduced on a variety of surfaces, including brick, glass, plaster or canvas. Using this technique, Mollo & Egan created photographic murals for the Ideal Home Exhibition in 1936. The company had premises at Coastal Chambers, 15 Elizabeth Street, London.
The firm had a subsidiary, M. & E, Equipment, Ltd., that manufactured their designs. Both were liquidated in 1940.
