Pritchard, Godwin & Clist was an architectural practice active in Kidderminster, Worcester, England in the early years of the twentieth century. It had it's origins in a practice established in c.1847 by John Meredith. This became Meredith & Meredith in 1868 when his son, J. T. Meredith (1834-1898), joined the firm. In 1880, Joseph Edward Stanley Pritchard became a partner in the business and it was re-named Meredith & Pritchard. Following the retirement of J. T. Meredith in 1895. Pritchard son, Stanley E. J. Pritchard (1880?-1915), joined the firm, which became Pritchard & Pritchard. In c.1910 William Hubert Godwin (1890-1973) joined the firm and subsequently a partner when it became Pritchard and Godwin. In the late 1920s or early 1930s they were joined by Hubert Arthur Clist (1898-1978) to form Pritchard, Godwin & Clist.
