Trimnell & Davison c. 1905 - c. 1906

Trimnell & Davison [also known as H. C. Trimnell & W. R. Davison] was an architectural partnership formed in London, England in c.1905 by Harold Conybeare Trimnell (1874-1958) and William Rupert Davison (1881-1947). The practice had an office at 4 Adam Street, Adelphi, London.  They were awarded second place in a competition to design the Central Library in Hackney, London. Designs for their entry are illustrated in British Competitions in Architecture vol. 1, no. 6, January 1906 (pp. 9-11).  It is possible that the partnership was formed specifically for this competition
