Wainwright & Waring Ltd. was was established in London, England in c.1908 or before and was active until at least 1965. The company specialised in the manufacture of steel, bronze and aluminium windows, architectural metalwork in wrought iron, bronze and lead, stained and leaded glass. Their metalwork was incorporated in houses designed by Edwin Lutyens and in Wm. Younger public houses. Wainwright & Waring executed stained glass windows for St. Mark's Church in Battersea, London (1946); the Anglican Chapel in Kensal Green Cemetery (1951); and St. Wilfred's Church in Haywards Heath, Sussex (1963).
