Terence Stanley Crathern Feltham [commonly known as was born as Stanley Crathern Feltham] in Ipswich, Suffolk, England on 30 June 1896. By 1911 he had moved with his family to Tottenham, Middlesex [now London]. He had qualified as an architect by the early 1920s and was in 1921 was elected an Associate of the Royal Institute of British Architects (ARIBA). By 1922 he was in partnership with Percy William Barnett (1895-1933). Their office was located at 10, Clifton Road, Crouch, London. A bungalow they designed was submitted in the Daily Mail Architects Competition for Labour-Saving Bungalows in 1922. The partnership appears to have been short-lived as by 1926 Barnett had been appointed Chief Assistant, Building Research Station, Dept. of Scientific and Industrial Research in East Acton.
In c.1924 Feltham emigrated to Hong Kong where he worked for many years in the Public Works Department, subsequently becoming Chief Architect.
Feltham was a founding member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects in 1956.
His address was given as 126 Broadwater Road, London in 1911 and 1922. He died in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on 17 May 1971
Architectural projects by Feltham in Hong Kong included Fanling Lodge, the summer residence of the Governor of Hong Kong (1934); the Sheung Li Uk Estate for the Hong Kong Housing Society (1952); and the Sai Wan Estate (1958-59)
