Imrie, George Blair 1885 - 1952

George Blair Imrie was born in Virginia Water, Surrey, England on 4 February 1885 and was active as an architect in London. Nothing is known about his training as an architect. From c.1912 until at least 1939 he was in partnership with Thomas Graveley Angell (1880-1956) as Imrie & Angell.  For much of these years the practice had an office at 2 Mitre Court Chambers, London.

Imrie was admitted a Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (FRIBA) in 1925. He died in Salisbury, Wiltshire. on 29 December 1952.
