Black & Milligan

Black & Milligan was an architectural partnership formed by (?) Black and Alfred Milligan (1873-?) in Liverpool, England in the 1890s or 1900s.  Their office was located at Central Chambers, South Castle Street, Liverpool in 1908.  In 1908 they submitted an entry in a competition to design Ilford Emergency Hospital.  Their designs are illustrated in British Competitions in Architecture vol. 2, no. 19, December 1908 (pp. 233-236)
