Clifford & Lunan 1909 - 1923

Clifford & Lunan was an architectural partnership formed by Henry Edward Clifford (1852-1932) and Thomas Melville Lunan (1878-1945) in Glasgow, Scotland in 1909.  

Following military service during World War One, Lunan returned to the practice.  However, he had been mentally scarred by his experiences in the war and found it difficult to settle down to his professional work, consequently in 1923  Clifford bought him out of the practice.  Lunan subsequently moved to Lincoln,
