Dixon & Quick c. 1926 - c. 1939

Dixon & Quick was an architectural partnership formed by Robert Stanley Dixon (1891-1975) and Norman Dennis Quick (1895-1973) in Guildford, Surrey, England in c.1926. They initally had an office at 25 High Street, Guildford but moved to 180 High Street, Guildford, Surrey in 1927.  In c.1930 Frederick John Whitlock Hodgson (1882-1971) joined the practice which was renamed Hodgson, Dixon & Quick. The firm's office was located at 201 High Street, Guildford, Surrey. By 1936 Hodgson had with withdrawn from the practice which reverted to its original name, Dixon & Quick.  They also moved to a new office at 8 Quarry Street, Guildford, Surrey.  

Dixon & Quick was active until 1939, but may may have closed following the outbreak of World War Two that year.
