Fisher & Trubshawe ? - 1939

Fisher & Trubshawe originated as Fisher, Trubshawe & Fisher, an architectural partnership formed in London, England by Walter Robert Fitzgibbon Fisher (1898-1979), Wolstan Vyvyan Trubshawe (1893-1981) and (?) Fisher*.  The practice was active in the late 1920s.  By the late 1930s, one of the Fishers was no longer a partner in the firm which was by then known as Fisher & Trubshawe with Walter Robert Fitzgibbon Fisher as the senior partner.  Fisher and Trubshawe closed the firm in 1939 following the outbreak of World War Two and both were given honorary commissions in the Royal Air Force.
