Lovell & Bulman c. 1907 - c. 1910

Lovell & Bulman* was an architectural partnership formed in London, England. by Richard John Lovell (c.1858-1931) and (?) Bulman* in c.1907  In 1908 they submitted an entry for a competition to design municipal buildings in Bethnal Green, London.  Their designs are illustrated in British Competitions in Architecture vol. 2, no. 15, February 1908 (pp. 106-107).

The address of the firm was given as 67/69 Chancery Lane, London in 1908, and Queen Victoria Street, London in 1910

* Bulman may have been Herbert George Bulman (1868-1931)
