Douglas, Minshull & Muspratt c. 1909 - c. 1928

Douglas, Minshull & Muspratt was an architectural partnership formed in Chester, Cheshire, England by Charles Howard Minshull (1858-1934) and Edward John Muspratt (1857-1928). Minshull had formerly been in partnership with John Douglas (1830-1911) as Douglas & Minshull. It would seem that Minshull possibly took over the practice in c.1909 as by then Douglas's health was failing and when he died in 1911, Minshull took Edward John Muspratt (1857-1928) into partnership about this time and the title of the practice was changed to Douglas, Minshull & Muspratt.  The title of the practice was retained at least until the mid-1920s.  The business may have been dissolved following the death of Muspratt in 1928.
